The ambition is to create a genuinely transformative place that embraces a mixed community, exceptional place making, and significant employment provision.
The development will be born out of the core values that have served the Marshall business so well since its formation in 1909, underpinned by innovation, creativity, expertise and an unerring instinct to do the right thing for the city of Cambridge and the people who live and work in and around it.
Our principles
Cambridge East will be a 462-acre mixed use development, with sustainability and connectivity at its core; delivering a diverse range of architecture, homes, research and development, employment, education, healthcare, culture, sports and leisure opportunities and facilities to meet the needs of residents across Cambridge and beyond for generations to come – an extraordinary new urban quarter for an extraordinary city.
